Our commitment
EBRC wants every person to be able to learn about our church, plan a visit, request prayer, watch services, and give online with dignity and independence. We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to improve accessibility as the site grows.
Accessibility features
The website includes:
- keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, gallery controls, and dialogs;
- a skip link and visible keyboard focus;
- semantic headings, form labels, status messages, and descriptive image text;
- responsive layouts, readable type, and color-contrast improvements;
- support for reduced-motion preferences;
- captions and controls supplied through YouTube for embedded video; and
- telephone and email alternatives for contact and giving support.
Known limitations
Some embedded or linked third-party services—including Stripe Checkout, Google Maps, YouTube, and social platforms—are operated outside EBRC's direct control. Their accessibility may vary. Some older event photographs may have limited contextual descriptions. If a feature creates a barrier, tell us what you were trying to do and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
Church accommodations
Website accessibility is only one part of welcome. Contact us before your visit if you need help accessing a service, ministry activity, printed information, or another reasonable accommodation. We will work with you to understand the request and identify an available option.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access content, complete a form, use the giving portal, or need information in another format, contact us. Please identify the page or feature and describe the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and provide a practical alternative while we investigate.
